Nona Paris Lola Jackson, who signed her name as "dudu," filed her papers on Friday, asking to have a say in the child custody settlement that has been reached between Jackson and his ex-wife Deborah Rowe, according to the CNS news service here. A hearing on the woman`s motion is set for late November in Los Angeles Superior Court. Jackson`s lawyer, Michael L. Abrams, could not be immediately reached for comment. The London woman, who refers to herself in court papers as a "black Jew born in Britain," maintains Rowe and Lisa Marie Presley, the singer`s other ex-wife, never had sex with him.... | |
