| Lee, Lewis make their case to appeal committee | | Posted Monday, October 23, 2006 3:06:59 PM by Blog57 Team | | INDIANAPOLIS -- Two lengthy IHSAA review committee hearings were held Thursday, but don't expect a decision on the eligibility of Broderick Lewis or Lamar Lee soon. The board has eight business days to rule on whether Lewis and/or Lee can play boys basketball for Lafayette Jeff this season. In round two, I thought I'd travel back in time and see if a flamboyant star from an earlier era might have generated the kind of music that could be called oldies by some of us today. This legendary icon is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame but could easily qualify for the Tortured Artist Hall Of Fame if such a thing existed.... | |
