The Foundation, governed by a constitution, is a non-profit making body that has made provision to assist such artistes at times of serious illnesses. The next of kin will be provided with a financial grant in the event of death. The constitution has also made provision for the establishment of a 'Fan Club' to be affiliated to the Foundation to make the fans stakeholders of the Foundation. A wide range of benefits have been included in the constitution.
